Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our medical team. Responsibilities

  • Patient Management: Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and ensure continuity of care through follow-up visits and communication.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication within the team.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care to promote informed decision-making and overall health improvement.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all healthcare regulations, ethical standards, and organizational policies to ensure high-quality care and patient safety.

Qualifications

  • Education: Master’s degree in Nursing (for NP) or a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies (for PA) from an accredited program.
  • Certification: Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant and a valid state license to practice.
  • Experience: Relevant clinical experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in the specialty area of the practice.
  • Skills: Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
